Michael F. Mikin is a twenty-year career professional, which has been engaged in business development activities for established corporations in the Asia Pacific. His engagement with these companies has provided
him the opportunity of working with local communities in rural areas in Mindanao in the areas of establishing livelihood projects as well as being an active participant on environmental studies. When he retired from these
companies in 2010, he joined a Mindanao based Non Governmental Organization, the Foundation for Rural Enterprises & Ecology Development of Mindanao (FREEDOM), Inc. Mr. Mikin currently is the Director for Rural and Indigenous People Communities Community Development. He is the alternate representative of FREEDOM, Inc. to the Japanese Chamber of Commerce in Mindanao (JCCM), Inc. He finished his studies on Marketing at San Beda College, Metro Manila.

Min Zar Ni Lin

An economics graduate from the Chiang Mai University in Thailand, Min Zar Ni Lin is currently working as a Research Associate at the Centre for Economic and Social Development, Myanmar Development Resource Institute (MDRI-CESD) in Yangon, an independent think-tank led by the chief economic advisor to the President of Myanmar. He is also a deputy team leader at Myanmar Extractive Industries Transparency Initiate (EITI) National coordination office, which is designated by the Myanmar President Office Notification 99/2012, to facilitate a collaborative process with government, private sector and civil society to fully engage with EITI process and strand that promotes transparency and accountability in the extractive sector of Myanmar. He has also involved in drafting the Framework for Economic and Social Reforms, a core strategy document of the Government of Myanmar to implement reforms, by working together with over hundred government officials and others related stakeholders. His research interest is in the area of international trade and finance, foreign direct investment (FDI), small and medium enterprises (SME) and natural resource management

On March 16, 2009 the Government of Afghanistan (GoA) announced its endorsement of the principles. The National Coordinator position is the main responsible individual for properly managing the secretariat, strengthen the coordination and building the capacity of the stakeholders in the process.

Moe Moe Tun serves as a volunteer for environmental protections. Presently, she works with MATA since 2013. MATA is a coalition of CSOs that supports short and long-term projects in countries and support extractive industry and environmental issues. Some of her main task are developing and managing programs to combat emergency issues of natural resources as well as coordinating activities with other funding agencies, development programs, and local counterparts. She plays active role as MSG member of EITI committee nationwide. She holds master of zoology from Yangon University (1997).

Nadine Aboukhaled has recently joined the Revenue Watch Institute as the MENA economic analyst based in Beirut.Nadine has more than 10 years of experience working as an economist in government and international
organizations. She servedas a senior economic officer for the Lebanese Ministry of Finance under the UNDP Project where she provided macroeconomic and fiscal policy advice and was responsible for thepublic debt management portfolio. She has also contributedto the Ministry of Finance’s publications and has been involved inpublic financial management technical assistance. Prior to that, she also served as an economist dealing with complex national statistical survey and analyses of socio-economic statisticsat the Central Administration of Statistics. More recently,she held the position of social policy specialist at UNICEF Lebanon and worked as a
senior economic consultant to the Institute of Finance Basil Fuleihanleading thecapacity building project on municipal finance and contributing to the research activities.
Nadine holds a D.E.S (Diplômed’étudessupérieures) and a Maîtrisein Economics from Saint-JosephUniversity (Beirut) where she also taught a Public Finance course. She is also theco-author of “Lebanon trade profile ”published as part of the FEMISE“Lebanon country profile”.

Naing Lin Htut

Naing Lin is founder of the Pyoe Khin Thit Foundation, a member of multi-stakeholder groups of Myanmar Alliance for Transparency and Accountability (MATA). In this network coalition, he also contributes as a member of Steering Committee for Ayarwaddy region and serves as the focal person for civil society engagement. He is interested in cultivating knowledge and negotiation process to reform policy on resource governance in order to advocate the community. He was graduated from Yangon Western University with bachelor degree in chemistry in 2009.

Nan Hla Hla Min

Nan Hla Hla Min works at the Budget Department under the Ministry of Finance and Revenue since 1999. Nay Htoon

Nay Htoon serves as the Deputy Assistant Director at Myanmar Gems Enterprise under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Mines. Nelson Augusto Seixas
