He has been appointed by Hagiang Provincial People’s Committee as a Chairman for Union of Science and Technology Associations of Hagiang province, Vietnam. His responsibility is implementing reviewer resource extraction policies and advocacy as well as providing information to help local government to apply policy reforms for resource extraction. He holds Master degree of Natural Resources and Environment Management from Hanoi University of Agriculture. He has experienced in number of international forum and training course such as Mongolian-German G7 Fast Tract Partnership workshop on the EITI in Thailand, and training for rice cultivation at Ishikawa Agricultural Research Center, Japan.

Carlo A Manalansan

She is responsible for analysing, scrutinizing, evaluating and reporting the financial status of Myanma Timber Enterprise under the Ministry of Forest and  four State Economic Enterprises under the Ministry of Mines. At 2016, these two ministry were merged as the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation. In her current position, she has a significant responsibilities for extractive industries policy-making which includes forestry and mineral sectors.

Christine Antoinette Ramos

Tonet is a human rights lawyer and policy research specialist from the Philippines. She is the Deputy Coordinator of Alternative Law Groups. She conducts trainings on the policy and legal environment of the extractives industry in the Philippines with focus on the social and environmental impacts as well as the transparency and accountability of the extractives companies. She also facilitates dialogues between government, civil society and local communities, and undertakes researches on environmental litigation and community empowerment. She involves actively in environmental advocacy including environmental protection, peace and development, and indigenous peoples’ rights. She holds Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees from Ateneo de Manila University and Postgraduate Diploma on Environment and Natural Resources Management from the University of the Philippines Open University.

Collen Maria King

As the Acting Director, he is mandated to recommend the issuance or denial of permits/clearances (e.g. Ore Transport Permit) related to utilization of both metallic and non-metallic minerals within the region and issue specific memorandum for the compliance of companies engaged in mineral utilization.

She is the former head of research division of IMAGO (Bojonegoro Student Association @Yogyakarta). Working as short term research assistant in the Institute of Research and Community Services (LPPM) UGM, she involved actively in activities regarding research and community services. She also undertake social work on gender issues as media and public relation staff in NGO Rifka Annisa Yogyakarta. Her life experience inhabiting oil rich regency namely Bojonegoro, has
increased her concern on social economic transformation during the presence of oil exploration in her hometown. Her collaborative research with other students entitled Discussing Social Impact of Economic Globalization in Indonesia : Relations Between State, Multinational Corporation, and Local Community in Oil Exploration Area, Bojonegoro, East Java was presented at the 1st International Conference on Globalization, Governance, and Sustainability (ICGGS) for Youth Generation in ASEAN at Universiti Sains Malaysia, Penang. Diah Tantri D
