Bona Hang is working for Norwegian People’s Aid (NPA) in Cambodia as Development Program Coordinator. NPA is one of the leading organizations in the field of democratization and mine actions in Cambodia for more than twenty years. For the development program, it works to build stronger Civil Society Organizations (CSO) so that they are able to support the vulnerable people affected by land grabbing, forced eviction, social injustice and human right violations to advocate for the respect of human rights, social justice and equality in access to natural resources and transparent revenue management. Mine actions program is to clear land mines in rural area of Cambodia so that the farmers are safe in cultivating crops. He received a Master in the field of Natural Resource Management and Rural Developmentat the Royal University of Agriculture in Cambodia He has more than 15-year working experience in rural development and natural resource management with three International NGOs since 1995 until now. His demonstrated skills and competencies include i) organizational development, ii) program
management and result-based management, iii) monitoring and evaluation, and iv) participatory learning and action and action research.

Bunthoeurn Mak

As Research and advocacy officer he assist Executive Director to determine research area in Extractive Industries (Oil, gas and Mining) and develop ToR and scope of work, review research proposal, prepare agreement, and monitor a data collection. He conduct regularly research through various sources to collect information regarding extractive industries and upload it into CRRT’s web database. He also responsible for networking, building Capacity and develop capacity need assessment of CRRT full member organization and develop a training course to build their need.

Chin Panhavion. He is working with Cambodians for Resource Revenue Transparency. His current position is a communications officer. He hold a bachelor degree of media management from Royal University of
PhnomPenh. Before he got selected to work with CRRT, he had experience working as freelance and intern journalist for some national and regional media outlets and volunteered researcher. Until now, he has been
working with CRRT for almost a year. Being a part of CRRT, he believe that the enhanced skill and knowledge of mine from the training will contribute to influencing advocating for transparency in revenue management from extractive industries, and will contribute to achieving CRRT’s goal and mission.

Putheavy Khat

Putheavy graduated Finance and Banking 2009 in Build Bright University. She spent 8 years ago for working with 2 organizations, Action on Disability and Development (ADD) and Youth Resource
Development Program (YRDP), related to social development, justice, peace, accountability, transparency, participation, and respect of development. Currently, she is a Senior Assistant of Extractive Industries and Climate Change Unit (SAEICCU) at Youth Resource Development Program (YRDP) in Cambodia. Her responsibility such as to organize and mobilize youth from universities to participate in different awareness raising events on national
resource revenue transparency and social environment impacts from extractive industries issues. She also provides technical and spiritual supports to core group of the project and to insure their work are effectively. In addition, she assists supervisor in M & E in whole project, updates EI progress, challenges, and do activity reports.
