Yoga mainly has dealt with analysis of regulation and dealing with government project, which is concern in Regulatory Reform. By making a concept of national strategic planning on regulatory policy and technical support in engaging the policy from early process into a national strategic plan document. This strategic policy also support in other area by improving the capacity of policy maker (planner) and regulatory maker (legal drafter). He actively involves in government national strategy on prevention and corruption eradication, which support ministry and local government to formulate prevention and corruption eradication planning, and action. Yoga holds Degree of Law from University of Jenderal Soedirman (UNSOED) , Purwokerto, Indonesia.

Afghanistan and Worldwide for more than a decade. Tireless worker, extremely resourceful and well connected with worldwide professional networks. Worked effectively, in both Government and Non-Governmental Organisations in Afghanistan and in the West.

Zaw Than Htaik serves as a Research Director, Public Relations and International Relations, Department of the House of Nationalities (Upper House). He is responsible to publish the Research Briefing, to answer the Confidential Enquires, which Members of Parliament want to know and to control all the ICT works of the Parliament. Related his duty, he went to the European Parliament, Parliament of New South Wale and Parliament of Victoria for study visit in 2014.

He holds bachelor of Physic from Yangon University and Diploma in Computer Science (1997 to 1999). He has served as military officer in Military Services (1992) and appointed to the General Staff Officer (Grade one). In 2012, he was selected to participate in the House of Nationalities (Upper House) as a Member of Parliament. In 2014, he got the pension from Military Services.
