She works in Trade Union Rights Centre ( TURC) as head of advocacy and program coordinator for 2 years. Trade unions often call for help to advocate issues related to health and safety assurance in the mining. She
interested to understand more about extractive industries. Especially about the extractive industry and the impact of social economy. It will help TURC not only to advocate in case of problems related to mining and labor , but more extensive than that will contribute to the socio-economic and employment policies in the extractive industries .

Tho serves as the Communication Officer of PanNature for five years. He takes major responsibilities on writing journal reports and developing an environmental journalism network, particularly on biodiversity issues. In the following years, he joined the Vietnam Mining Coalition on advocacy for EITI in 2014 assigned as the Communication Officer. His major responsibilities in this section are developing journalism network on mining issues to enhance advocacy for EITI. Prior to this assignment, he was a reporter worked for Bac Ninh Newspaper and an editor for Nha Nam Book and JSC. He holds degree from National University of Hanoi and qualifications from short-term trainings on media, ITs, and English.

Ernesto, a survivor of the super typhoon Yolanda (Haiyan) in Leyte Island, has a postgraduate degree in economics and business. He has several years of experience with rural communities through his research and
extension functions as a faculty member of the Visayas State University. He has presented academic papers in local, national and international conferences and has published some of these in national and international
journals and other publications. He is actively involved in civil society organizations, particularly with Bantay Kita (Revenue Watch-Philippines), Philippine Movement for Climate Justice and PH-EITI.

Ferdy serves as a local government officer at the District of Manggarai for almost 20 years. Since 2011, he works in Mining and Energy Office as the Head of Renewable Energy Section. He is responsible to develop framework and working with the communities to cultivate the platform for improving renewable energy. He also provides legal opinion to mining policies for the Head of Office as well as the Head of District. He holds master degree of Law.

Fernando serves as the Program Manager for Land and Housing Justice Action in Haburas Foundation, Friends of the Earth East Timor. In this program, he takes responsibilities of monitoring and evaluating implementation of activities related to land and housing issues, providing policy brief to relevant government agency, and presenting the results from programs to stakeholders. His assignments are including providing training related to project management relates to risk management plan for the program, including mitigation of risk. Prior to this assignment, he was National Advisor for the Secretary of State for Youth and Sport and officer at Adolescent and Youth Development (AYP) at UNICEF. He holds certificate on Peace and Conflict Studies of Rotary International from Chulalangkorn University, Thailand and Master of Public Administration from Flinders University, Australia. He experienced in implementing projects and managing forum both in regional and international coverage.

Francisca da Costa Soares serves as Research Assistant for Oil Transparence division in Luta Hamutuk Institute, Dili, Timor-Leste, whose responsibilities include organizing the seminar, training and workshop, as well as has roles as fasilitators and moderator including monitoring and writing evaluation report. She has experiences in training related to extractive Industries, such as partisipate in Intership training / summer course with topic on "Petroleum Exploration" at faculty of Engineering, at Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta Indonesia (2011), "Promoting Social Accountability in Extractive Industry Sector" organized by Luta Hamutuk fasilitated by Roslyta Arshad (Senior Project Associate, RWI), Emy Perez and Pamela Listania (Trainers-ANSA-EAP) (2012). She holds degree of Petroleum Management from Dili Institute o Technology (DIT), Timor-Leste.

Fridolin Berek works at Indonesia National Planning Agency (Bappenas) office. He helps Bappenas at the National Secretarium for the National Strategy on Anti Corruption.

He has worked for anti-corruption issue since 2002, when worked at Bandung Institute of Governence Studies (BIGS). Frido has deep practical experience at NGO more than 15 years since he worked with Centre for Data and Information Development (P2ID) at Jakarta in 2000. This office was founded by Mr. Bondan Gunawan, the group of Democracy Forum.

Ms. Indah is serving as the head of village governance sub-division in the Department of Social and Community Empowerment., Bangka Barat Regency, Bangka Belitung Province, Indonesia. Her tasks and responsibilities are to design the strategy to confirm that the village funds (Dana Desa) from the Central Government to villages are not abused by local elites, to design the strategic programs that increase the impact of village funds and to assist villages in managing the CSR funds from PT. Timah, tbk. She is a seasoned community development practitioner who tries to increase the impact of local government’s programme to the life of local people who are still heavily dependent to artisanal mining activities.

Harvey is an agricultural technologist of Marinduque State College. He assists faculty members and personnel of the college in formulating research and extension projects. He supports study/project leaders in conducting socio-economic surveys and laboratory field works in study sites based on approved Research project proposal. He as well assist in gathering, tabulating and summarizing data needed in the Research and Extension office and help in the analysis and interpretation of results. He supervises the research aides/enumerators in the efficient conduct of research. Prior to his assignment, he served as an assistant field technician in Team Agro Trading Corporation. He is currently taking Master of Science in Agriculture major in Crop science in Laguna State Polytechnic University and finishes his Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from Benguet State University.

Hening is a junior researcher at RegINA-PolGov. She holds bachelor degrees from Department of Politics and Government, Universitas Gadjah Mada. She involves in vibrant youth movement for anti-corruption. Her prior works served as research assistant at Center for Economic Democracy Study, Universitas Gadjah Mada (2012-2013). She is presently deepening her capabilities on researches, focusing on citizenship in resource rich area, particularly in Manggarai, East Nusa Tenggara Province, Indonesia.

Herimanto works for justice, peace, and integrity (JPID) that is creation of SVDs Ruteng since 2013. He serves as a field coordinator of Central Manggarai. He concerns to raise advocation for the peoples in the circle of mining to get better life and condition. He also actively involves in the local movement to promote sustainable environment and lifelihood. He holds degree from STFK Ledalero Maumere, East Nusa Tenggara.

Hnin Way Aung joined the Myanmar EITI Secretariat Office as an assistant director in 2015. Her duties include coordinating the EITI process, cooperating with government entities to provide data for Independent Administrator for EITI report, coordinating with Auditor General Office to get verification on EITI data, following up the responses of government agencies to the recommendations of the previous EITI report, and making sure the progress and active participation of government agencies in EITI process. She also supports the MSG chair who is the deputy minister for Ministry of Planning and Finance.

He is a program officer of Spectrum Myanmar since August 2011. Spectrum is a local Not for profit organization incepted and founded on 2007 to assist the country achieve sustainable development via constructive engagement with all the stakeholders in Myanmar. Its works have emphasized on Natural Resource Management, Economic Justice, Indigenous People and women rights and the approaches have been lobbying the government and institutions to foster necessary changes in policies, awareness raising and public campaign through its media contacts and capacity building for sustainable development knowledge and practices all over Myanmar.
He responsibles to train community leaders on Indigenous rights such as FPIC, SIA, and sustainable development as well as several EITI projects.

Htoo is a Program Coordinator (EITI/ Communications) at Myanmar Alliance for Transparency and Accountability (MATA). For two years ago, he started working as a Communication officer and at the following years, he has been promoted to program coordinator for EITI process. He was graduated from Dagon University, Yangon, with bachelor degree in English. He has a strong sense of devotion for the civil society as a beneficiary of developing capacity for community from the impacts of extractive industries.

Htun Myint Aung is a Head of Department of the Agri-Business and Famer Affairs at the 88 Generation (Peace and Open Society) and also one of the Civil Society representatives in Multi-Stakeholder Group of
Myanmar Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (MEITI-MSG).He is interested in natural resource governance, rural development and environmental issues. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Yangon University and a Diploma in Development Studies from the Yangon Institute of Economics.
