Fernando da Costa
Fernando serves as the Program Manager for Land and Housing Justice Action in Haburas Foundation, Friends of the Earth East Timor. In this program, he takes responsibilities of monitoring and evaluating implementation of activities related to land and housing issues, providing policy brief to relevant government agency, and presenting the results from programs to stakeholders. His assignments are including providing training related to project management relates to risk management plan for the program, including mitigation of risk. Prior to this assignment, he was National Advisor for the Secretary of State for Youth and Sport and officer at Adolescent and Youth Development (AYP) at UNICEF. He holds certificate on Peace and Conflict Studies of Rotary International from Chulalangkorn University, Thailand and Master of Public Administration from Flinders University, Australia. He experienced in implementing projects and managing forum both in regional and international coverage.
