Thin Thin Aung

Thin serves as the admin and finance officer of MEITI secretariat office at Budget Department in the Ministry of Planning and Finance. She is responsible for Financial Statement of the Sources and Uses of fund and assisting work plan of MEITI Project in collaboration finance team of the World Bank. Her task is preparing the expenditure, reconciling Bank Statement of the MEITI Project, and supporting data analysis process of MEITI reconciliation Report. Prior to this assignment, she served as a finance officer at Yangon Electricity Supply Board, Ministry of Electric Power from December 2010 to January 2016. She holds master degree from Meiktila University of Economics.

Tin Su Su Mar

She is Coalition Facilitator for Pyoe Pin Program. The program supports the development and partnership and participatory process to assist the people of Myanmar to improve their standard of living, building
opportunities for more effective delivery services, social justice and economic growth. Pyoe Pin Program engages with CSO, indivisual and private sector to identify commision and implement issues based project
(IBPs) that will contribute to furthering the principles of democratic and accountable governance in Myanmar. One of her responsibility is facilitate the process of defining partner roles and activities to be financed by the project in such a way they contribute coherently to the achievment of the objective of the IBP.

War War Tun

War War serves as the Deputy Director of Budget Department in the Ministry of Planning and Finance. She is responsible to analyze the development of public sector and submit policy recommendations to the authorities. She conducts regular review of impacts on budget implementation of public sector by analyzing financial flows between agencies and government in connection with financial program and macroeconomic policies. In regarding the resources management, she has duty to analyze State Economic Enterprises concerned with the natural resources sectors budget data and their performances as well as evaluate of oil and gas sector reform.

Ye Lin Myint

Ye Lin serves as the national coordinator of MATA office which a part of Myanmar EITI process. He has been working for Civil Society Organizations, INGOs and NGOs continuously for more than 16 years and involving in EITI process since 2012. For years, he was active in Paung Ku, a civil society strengthening initiative established in 2007 by consortium of international and local agencies in Myanmar. Prior to this position, he served as the community project assistant at IOM and peer team leader at MSF Switzerland Dawei.

Ye Thein Oo

Ye Thein Oo is the Coordinator of Myanmar-China Pipeline Watch Committee (MCPWC) since 2014. He is also a National Steering Committee member of Myanmar Alliance for Transparency and Accountability (MATA). Prior to his role at MCPWC, he was a farmer producing chili, banana, and sunflower (2003-2007) and merchant of rice and oil (2007). He has experienced in NGO for more than ten years. He obtain Economic education at Distance Education University Mandalay (2003) and various training course from CSOs such as Human right and Citizenship (2012); Human right , Environmental , Land law (MCPWC, 2013); EITI Standard (NRGI & MATA, 2014); Community Health Impact Assessment (MCPWC, 2014); and Research Training on Social Accountability (MCPWC,2015)

Yee Mon Oo

Yee Mon Oo is a Research Associate at Myanmar Development Institute. She holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from Chiang Mai University, Thailand. She is a member of core technical team to analyse loss-making state owned enterprises (SOEs) to determine whether they should continue their operation, or they should be recommended for termination, or privatization. MDI is also a part of the study committee organized to systematically review these factories and to offer factory-specific recommendations to the government in moving forward. 

Zaw Than Htaik

Zaw Than Htaik serves as a Research Director, Public Relations and International Relations, Department of the House of Nationalities (Upper House). He is responsible to publish the Research Briefing, to answer the Confidential Enquires, which Members of Parliament want to know and to control all the ICT works of the Parliament. Related his duty, he went to the European Parliament, Parliament of New South Wale and Parliament of Victoria for study visit in 2014.

He holds bachelor of Physic from Yangon University and Diploma in Computer Science (1997 to 1999). He has served as military officer in Military Services (1992) and appointed to the General Staff Officer (Grade one). In 2012, he was selected to participate in the House of Nationalities (Upper House) as a Member of Parliament. In 2014, he got the pension from Military Services.
